Since 2004, attorney Kay Millonzi has been serving the central Wisconsin area from the Millonzi Law office in the small town rural setting of Black Earth, Wisconsin, with proven success.  With a backgound in construction and real estate, having worked in-house for a bridge contractor and a real estate developer, Kay brings hands on business experience and problem solving to her clients.  That experience has been further developed over her years in practice to allow her to guide clients in estate planning and elder law.

 

In 2020, Atty. Millonzi opened a second office in her hometown of Port Washington in Ozaukee County, WI. Working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic provided the opportunity to be present for her aging mother so she could remain living in their home.
